An important fundraiser is happening at the 4Rivers Smokehouse in Kissimmee this Sunday, Aug. 27.   In recognition of the fallen officers from the Kissimmee Police Department, the Smokehouse will temporarily break from the 4Rivers “closed on Sunday” policy, to open the kitchen from 12-4 p.m. A full menu will be available to guests and 100 percent of the net profits will be donated to the families of Officer Matthew Baxter and Sgt.
